Our CoFounder Linda Achan was invited to mentor learners from Morley College London - Chelsea Centre for Creative Industries and Leyton Sixth Form College, including an event at Verizon’s Innovation Hub in London.

Speaking with learners, educators and business leaders brought one point into sharp focus: people preparing for the world of work, career change or reskilling do not need more abstract talk. They need practical examples of how ideas move from concept to product, from materials choice to market trust, and from intention to credible proof.
That is what we explored through design thinking, AI in manufacturing, product design, fashion and circular design. We discussed why the future belongs to problem-solvers who can work across disciplines, test ideas early, and make decisions with integrity.
At Ayana Jade, this is not classroom or textbook theory. It shapes how we developed our mine-to-market project, where we create contemporary jadeite jewellery in recycled precious metals. It also underpins our Education & Advisory work, where we help organisations build practical capability in applied sustainability, business transformation, circular design and claims integrity.
For learners, the workforce and entrepreneurs, the message is simple: build carefully and back what you say with evidence. That is how trust is earned.
Educators, colleges and employers can enquire about guest talks, challenge briefs or tailored workshops.
